Entry via the teak laid bathing platform and transom gate into a spacious open cockpit with Bimini cover and zip in sun shade.  The spacious cockpit area is self draining, has under deck storage in two large hatches, ladder to sundeck & gas locker.  Steps to wide side decks leading to the bow locker with anchor and 30m anchor chain. LED Deck low level lighting to aft deck and cockpit.

Sliding patio to saloon.  Galley on starboard comprising double gas hob, 12v fridge with icebox, sink with hot and cold water via a mixer tap, drainer, drawers & storage cupboards.  The galley can be closed away under a hinged top.  Engine access below saloon floor.  Opposite the galley is a dinette with ‘U’ shaped seating around an adjustable height table, opening side windows. 2012  Interboat 19 – ‘Swallowtail’

Presented for sale in excellent condition inside and out.  Sale to include with DeGraff Trailer (2022) bespoke build double axle trailer (£5600), and ‘all over’ winter cover new in 2022 (£1200)

Originally sold by Tingdene, Hartford Marina, Huntington.  Two owners from new, the first owner,  a lady on the river Ouse near Hertford Marina who kept it in her boatshed for ten years and would only go one mile up or down stream as she wouldnt use the locks.  The launch had just 20 hours on the clock when the present owner bought her in 2022.

Transported to Norfolk Broads in 2022 the launch underwent an extensive refit including a bespoke control panel with all new gauges, breaker panel and additional gauges.  The engine has been fully serviced each year using original Vetus parts and fluids.  The engine has only done an additional 47 hours in the last 2.5 years and the launch kept out of the water on the trailer.

Senior 23 with Perkins diesel engine on an Enfield outdrive.  This is a ‘soft top’ so low airdraft for bridges. New starter battery 2025, new canopy 2024, safety certificate to June 2028.  The engine starts & runs with no problems.

This boat is in need of TLC, hence the low asking price, but is a dry boat and with some remedial works could make somebody a great little cruiser.

Broom Skipper 30, 1979 fitted with BMC 1.5l diesel engine.  Presented in excellent condition throughout, ‘Chara’ benefits from many upgrades and improvements carried out for the current owner.  2+2 Berth accommodation, full galley with dinette which will convert to a double bunk if required, toilet/shower, ‘V’ berths in the forward cabin which will convert to a double.

Entry via doors on either side into the wheelhouse – the windows & doors fold down and the canvass roof can be removed to reduce the air draft to just 6′ 6″ enabling passage on most of the Norfolk Broads and other inland waterways.  A recently fitted dash provides full engine instrumentation with all new gauges and the Side Power bow thruster makes manouvering much easier.

From the wheelhouse, step down into the forward cabin area which you will find the w.c to port and a separate shower cubicle to starboard, moving forward into the front cabin there is ‘V’ berth configuration with the ability to add an infill for a double berth if required.  There is plenty of storage with drawers & hanging space, 240v socket, 12v socket & reading lights.  Escape hatch to front deck and opening windows.
